Refund Policy

1. The short version

If Photoburst isn't for you, you get your money back. Every purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee — full refund, no questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

Within 14 days of a purchase, contact us and we'll take care of it:

• Email hello@photoburst.app, or
• use the in-app support chat (Settings → Chat with us).

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Purchases are processed by our payment partner acting as merchant of record; they issue the refund under their checkout terms, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. Subscriptions

• You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid period — you keep full access until then, and there are no further charges.
• After the 14-day window, we don't refund the remaining part of an already-paid period, but cancelling always stops future renewals.
• An unwanted renewal charge is covered too: contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we'll refund it.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

5. Changes

If we change this policy, the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
